i doubt you can do much now, but no junkfood, no carbs, low fats, eat green and yellow veggies, low fat milk , cottage cheese, and low fat artificially sweetened yogurt, start doing crunches like mad, eat tomatoes and raw fruit and baked or broiled chicken or fish, and yes rollerblading is good, but for the lower tummy leg lifts, both legs together, lift a foot or so off the floor, hold for a ten count, lower slowly , do as many as you can at least 5 times a day. eat egg and fruit or yogurt for breakfast, not cereal and no sugar, no bread, no chips, no potatoes, no rice , no pasta, etc. well the meats wont work for a veggie, but you can put soy products in the place of meats. and some very snug elastic panties or panty hose might help with the look of the outfit at the last moment. never ever try to live on one meal a day, eat 5 small meals, spread them out evenly and nothing after 9pm,
